Please find below the preparation list before Termite Inspection:

  1. Tidy up all indoor rooms and also outdoor areas to ensure easy access for inspection
  2. Ensure clear access to the manhole to roof cavity and manhole to subfloor.
  3. Ensure the whole perimeter of the house is accessible: cleared from rubbish, tall grass and weed.
  4. Move things away from the wall whenever possible but don’t worry too much about heavy items.

The duration of the inspection will be around 1.5-2 hours depending on your property.

Termite inspection report will be sent to you in 1-2 business days.
