In view of the latest developments related to the Coronavirus (COVID-19), we would like to inform you that Positive Pest Solutions are still trading and serving the community.
We are standing united with the Australian public and continue to closely monitor the Government regulations in managing this global pandemic. As a Pest Management company, we are exempt from Stage 1 and Stage 2 shutdown and will continue to provide our services during this period.
Our professional technicians are in healthy condition and majority of our services do not require close human to human contact. We would also like to inform you on the precautionary measures that we have taken in the way we deliver our services, as our staff and clients’ health is a priority. These measures are being reviewed on a daily basis in conjunction with advice from the Government and World Health Organisation. We have also successfully completed the “Infection Control Training – COVID19”.
All our technicians are required to:
- Measure their body temperatures and are monitored for flu, cough or cold symptoms on a daily basis.
- Wear gloves and mask when they are working.
- Wash and sanitise their hand before and after a job.
All of our technicians are also equipped with mobile Eftpos machines to make contactless payment possible.
